Project Controls Training

Our Project Controls training classes are designed for Project Management, Project Controls, and Construction Management professionals. These classes can be tailored to client specific processes. They can either be offered at the client's office or our office, and are designed for small, medium, and large organizations. Project Controls Development (2 days):
The purpose of this course is to provide the fundamentals of schedule, budget, risk development, analysis, and control as they apply to modern project management in all environments. If you wish to increase the probability of delivering projects on time and within budget, implementing industry proven methodologies and control points, then this class is suitable for you.Primavera Basic (2 days):
Our basic P6 scheduling class will teach delegates the fundamentals of scheduling and how to utilize P6 to facilitate the process.Primavera Advanced (2 days):
This class is intended for P6 users and will teach delegates about schedule change management, administrative options, and earned value structuring to maintenance.Primavera Risk Analysis (2 days) :
Our PRA class introduces delegates to the risk management process along with the software. Utilizing the risk register functionality delegates will learn how to capture the total project risk exposure.Risk Management (2 days) :
This course is process focused not software. You will learn proven risk identification and quantification methodologies to give you the ability to conduct internal risk workshops and manage your risk in all phases of the PLC.Earned Value Management (1 day):
This course introduces delegates to the principles and processes within Earned Value Management. This class lays out the process categories, project organization, planning, updating, evaluating, and trending control required for an Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
