Risk Management Training: This class utilizes Primavera Risk Analysis; with a primary focus is on process. Clients will learn how to create, track and manage risks associated with a project throughout that project's life cycle. This fully interactional class stimulates sharing of previous risk management experiences among participants and subsequent creative thinking for resolution of future situations.
Schedule Development and Management Training: This class utilizes P3 or P6 version 7 but focuses on the process of schedule development and the proper management of the schedule. Clients who attend this class will learn to accurately develop a schedule, utilize critical path analysis, progress utilizing the earned value method, and fully identify project impacts.
Cost and Forecast Management Training: This class focuses on understanding all aspects of cost forecasting. Clients will learn to evaluate the entire picture of project impacts, apply cost and productivity factors, and understand the importance of contingency management.
